Start Smart Hays & Caldwell is a group of organizations and concerned individuals who are passionate about supporting families with young children in our community. We believe that every child deserves to get a chance at a good start in life. Because the most important learning happens before school starts, we support families with children from ages zero to five. We can connect families to the services, education and tools they need to prepare their child to succeed in kindergarten. Our vision is that every child will have the resources to be happy, healthy and successful in a thriving community. ​
