​Connecting Families to Community Support & Services 

 

In 2023, Community Action Inc. of Central Texas & United Way of Greater Austin partnered together to implement the Help Me Grow System Model in Hays, Caldwell, Travis, & Williamson counties. The model helps communities leverage existing resources and strenghten early childhood systems by providing a singular access point for services, streamlining referral systems, engaging in community & provider outreach, and collecting & analyzing data to help better serve our communities. 

The support of Help Me Grow in Hays & Caldwell Counties will: 
       * Enable providers to more readily identify vulnerable children
       * Easily link families to community-based services
       * Empower families to support their children's optimal development
